Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are possible for defective or incorrect products. Contact us immediately if you received a wrong or damaged item. Gift cards, opened or used products, and sale items cannot be returned.
